STAGE REQUEST

Fill out the application below if you are requesting to use the Uptown stage (1100 Block of Broadway). This application does not mean you are guaranteed approval. Uptown has the right to approve or deny requests. Please fill this application a month ahead of time to be considered. For any questions, please email us at info@uptowncolumbusga.com.

AS PART OF THIS STAGE REQUST APPLICATION, I ACKNOWLEDGE THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The stage is managed by Uptown Columbus Inc. and the organization reserves the right to approve or deny any request.
All loading must occur from Broadway. After loading, all vehicles must move to a valid parking space if Broadway remains open to traffic. Vehicles are NOT ALLOWED to park on the grass next to or behind the stage under any circumstances.
In addition to Uptown’s approval to use the stage, the City of Columbus can also require certain permits. Note that some permits require a 30-day notice. To obtain an application, contact the City of Columbus Police Department at 706.225.4468.

You MUST obtain permits from the city before any event. Festival permits & parade permits must be submitted 10 days prior to the event. Street closure permits must be submitted at least 30 days prior. For street closures, you must have police present for traffic control.
